Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
In pressure cooker ( if using a stove pan or frying pan add 1 cup water to prevent scorching) brown the hamburger and onions. Peel the potatoes while you do this. Push the hamburger to the side of the pan while you add in the other ingredients.

Fasten life on pressure cooker and put on the with high heat until the valve on the top begins rocking fast, then reduce heat until the valve rocks slowly (won’t need to do these parts if using instant pot). Cook for 18-20 mins. Turn off heat and put pressure cooker in the sink and run cold water into the sink. Do not remove the valve until the small rubber indicator drops down. Serve

Personal Notes:
This is the recipe that Aunt Ginny brought to my wedding shower. She wrote it for a pressure cooker, but it’s even easier now with an Instant Pot.
