3 lbs mild ground sausage
3 pkgs.frozen spinach
6 eggs
1½ cups milk
3 pkgs. Pepperidge Farm stuffing

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spinach according to package directions. Drain & Cool.
Brown sausage.
Mix eggs and milk together, and add stuffing mix. Let sit for 15 minutes.

Join the sausage and stuffing mixure—you can add a little of the sausage grease if desired.

You can either stuff a roasting hen, or small turkey—perhaps even quail or pheasant.
OR you can serve as a side dish to accompany a poultry dinner.
