4 lb Pork Roast, Butt or Shoulder
Salt and Pepper
½ cup of chicken broth
½ Tbsp Dried Onion Power
5 Tbsp Tomato Paste
¼ Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tsp Paprika
2 Tsp Cumin
2 Tsp Garlic Powder
½ Tsp Salt
½ c Ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Salt and pepper the meat well and place in crock pot. Add ½ cup of chicken broth in the bottom of pot. Mix together onion power, tomato paste, apple cider vinegar, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt and ketchup. Cover and cook 5-6 hours on high or 8-10 on low. When fork tender, remove and place on cookie sheet. Cool slightly and fork apart, removing fat. Stir up juices in crockpot and return meat to it.

Serve on buns with coleslaw, cheddar cheese and bread and butter pickles.
We top our sandwiches with Jim Beam Bourbon and Maple BBQ sauce.
