1 can black pitted olives
1 can green pitted olives
Fresh garlic cloves, diced in chunks
Olive oil
Crushed red pepper flakes
Herb d’Provence (or Italian spices)

Directions:
Directions:
Drain olives.
Cover the bottom of baking dish with olive oil.
Add olives and diced garlic
Sprinkle with herbs and pepper flakes
Toss/stir. Bake 300º for 10 min.
Toss/stir again. Bake for another 10 minutes.

Serve warm from the oven/. Goes very well with antipasto appetizer.
