2 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent rolls

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1 egg

1 ¼ c. sugar

1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F

Spread 1 package of crescent rolls in a 9x13 in. pan.

(tip: smudge and smooth the perforated sections together so it can act as a big sheet)

Separate the egg yolk from the egg white.

Mix together the egg yolk, cream cheese, 1 cup of the sugar, and vanilla.

Spread mixture over rolls.

Place the other package of rolls on top.

Brush with egg white.

Mix remaining ¼ cup of sugar with 1 tsp. of cinnamon and sprinkle over the top.

Bake for 35 minutes or until browned.
