Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
Stick of butter
⅛ cup of dried minced onion
2 cans of diced potatoes
2 cans of spam diced (low sodium)
8 to 12 eggs

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
On low heat melt butter and add minced onion. Add potatoes stir while dicing spam. Add spam and stir until warm. Scramble eggs and add to mixture. Stir on medium heat until eggs are cooked.

Serve hot.

The original Farmers breakfast was made at our Girl Scout camp over a camp fire. We added cheese but we don't use it now. It is just as good with out cheese. Great for a family breakfast.
