NUMBER IS DICTATED BY NUMBER OF PEOPLE PRESENT
MEAT USE RECIPE FOR RELLENOS DE PAPAS ETC
1 LARGE CAN OF TOMATO SAUCE WITH BASIL
WHITE RICE IF YOU LIKE TO ADD TO MEAT MIXTURE
I PREFER RICE ON THE SIDE OF PEPPER TO MAKE A MEAL

I LIKE TO BOIL PEPPERS IN LARGE POT TO SOFTEN SKIN. REMOVE FROM WATER COOL AND STUFF WITH MEAT ADD RICE IF YOU LIKE. PLACE PEPPERS IN LARGE FRYING PAN OR LARGE BAKING DISH STANDING UP PEPPERS, POUR TOMATO SAUCE ON TOP OF ALL THE PEPPERS. BAKE OR COOK IN FRYING PAN FOR 45 MINUTES
