1 slender french baguette
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons oil
1 bunch curly endive
4 green onions
1 8 oz. can mandarin orange segments
8 oz. chicken tenderloins

Directions:
Directions:
Cut bread stick into quarter inch slices. Mix garlic and oil together and brush on slices and then bake at 350 until crisp and golden. Break endive or lettuce into 2 inch pieces and in bowl, toss greens, green onion, and orange segments.

Cook tenderloins in lightly greased non-stick pan for 2 minutes on each side. Mound the bread and greens salad onto individual serving plates. Arrange chicken on top and drizzle with dressing made from coleslaw dressing and mustard.
