5 Eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
fresh new fallen snow

Directions:

Whip all ingredients except snow until yellow and frothy.
Fold in snow until thick and frozen

Do not use first snow of the year.
Light fluffy snow works better than icy snow.

Freeze leftovers.
Scrape with side of spoon to fluff in shaved ice consistency
