2-3 stalks of chopped celery

Fresh or ground sage

Directions:
Directions:
In a large frying pan, melt the butter. Saute´ celery and onion. In another pan, brown the sausage and drain well. In a large mixing bowl, mixed the sausage with the celery and onions. Add the shredded carrots and sliced mushrooms. Add the sage and onion stuffing. Add sage to taste. Add broth a little at a time until stuffing cubes start to get moist. You do not want the mixture to be soggy. Mix everything together. Add more sage, if needed. Put in a large casserole dish (may need more than one) and bake at 350º for about 45 minutes. You can either stir it periodically to keep it moist, or not stir it and let the top get crunchy.
