2 large ripe bananas
2 large eggs
2 tbsps raw honey
2 cups old fashion oats crushed
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp vanilla

1/4cup chopped pecans or walnuts

Things to add: chocolate chips, blueberries, pumpkin, cinnamon.

Put oats in food processor until crushed. Add rest of ingredients and then place in greased cupcake pan or use cupcake liners. Bake at 375º until cook through.

I usually eat 2 of these for breakfast. I add cinnamon when I make the blueberries or pumpkin ones.
