1 cup dried elderberries
1 cup honey - raw or local is best
4 cups of water
1 tsp cinnamon or 3 cinnamon sticks (optional)
2 tbsp ground ginger root (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine in pot - elderberries, water, cinnamon & ginger root.
High pressure for 20 minutes.
Release pressure.
Pour into mixing bowl straining berries, mixture will be hot.
Add honey, stir until dissolved.
Pour into mason jar or any glass jar
Refrigerate - good for about 2 months.
