1/2 pint whipping cream
2 Tbs sugar (can use powdered sugar)

1. Pour whipping cream into bowl.
2. Whip just a tad.
3. Add sugar and beat and thick as you want it. Don't overbeat, though, or you will get very sweet butter!

This is so delicious! WE can eat this by itself, but it's incredible on mom's pumpkin pie.
