▢ 2 1/4 Cups All Purpose Flour
▢ 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
▢ 3 Tablespoons Sugar
▢ 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
▢ 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
▢ 2 Large Eggs Separated
▢ 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
▢ 2 Cups Milk
▢ 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Directions:

1. Mix dry ingredients
2. Beat egg whites in separate bowl until stiff peaks form
3. Mix egg yolks, milk, oil, and vanilla
4. Add wet to dry ingredients and mix well
5. Fold in egg whites
6. Cook on waffle iron sprayed with cooking spray
