2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
¾ cup baking cocoa
2 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable or canola oil
1 cup hot brewed coffee
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

I container Chocolate Fudge frosting

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa and sugar. Add oil, coffee and milk and mix at medium speed for 2 minutes. Add eggs and vanilla and beat for two more minutes. Pour into 2 greased 8-inch cake pans and six cupcake/muffin cups; bake at 325º for 25-30 minutes. If using a 13x9 inch pan, bake for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool cake before frosting with your favorite frosting.
