½ cup butter
½ cup peanut butter
½ cup white sugar
½ cup brown sugar
1 egg
½ tsp vanilla
1¼ cup all-purpose flour
¾ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, peanut butter, sugars, egg and vanilla. Stir together dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Shape into 1 inch balls and place 2 inches apart on a baking sheet. Flatten balls with a fork to get the peanut butter cookie look. Bake at 375º for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool slightly on baking sheets before moving to cooling racks.
