2 cups Stone- or coarse-ground polenta
11 cups water
1 tbsp kosher salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º
Add polenta, salt, and water to a dutch oven
Whisk constantly and bring to a gentle simmer

Bake for 1 hour
Whisk and then use a wooden spoon to loosen from side of pot

Return to oven for 10-30 minutes, checking every 10 minutes for consistency and done ness

Remove and whisk
