4oz (120g) icing sugar
​​8oz (250g) butter 8oz (250g) plain flour
2oz (60g) cornflour 1tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and icing sugar till light and creamy. Add vanilla and sifted flours till mixture just comes together.
Wrap in cling wrap and leave in fridge for 15 -30 mins. Put through biscuit forcer and place on tray.
Cook at 170ºC for 10 - 12 mins, just very lightly golden.
