Mix together in crockpot:

2 teaspoons chicken bouillon with 1 cup water
1 cup carrots
1 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup dried onion
1 cup peeled, cubed potatoes
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can evaporated milk
1 cup diced, cooked chicken
4 cups water

Cook on high until the vegetables are tender then add 2 cups of dry farfalle noodles and let soften

Add Salt and Pepper to taste
