8 ounces uncooked medium egg noodles, about 6 cups
1/4 cup butter
1 cup heavy whipping cream
3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
Grated parmesan cheese
Freshly ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles as directed on package. While noodles are cooking, heat margarine over water bath until melted. Stir in cream, 3/4 cup parmesan cheese and the salt. Heat, stirring occasionally, until smooth. Drain noodles; toss with cream mixture until evenly coated. Serve with Parmesan cheese and pepper.
