Spray 11 x 15 pan with cooking spray

Thaw 1/2 package of frozen, shredded hash browns and place in the bottom of pan. Melt 1/2 to 1 cube butter and drizzle over hash browns. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes or until edges are light brown.

Mix together:
12 eggs
2 cups grated swiss cheese
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 cup milk
1 cup Half and Half
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
bacon bits or cubed ham

Pour over hashbrowns and bake an additional 30 minutes until egg is cooked and golden around edges.
