1 package lemon gelatin
1 cup boiling water
3 Tbsp. lemon juice (mom always used ReaLemon brand)
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (softened)
1 cup sugar
1 can chilled Milnot, whipped
lb. graham cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
2. Add lemon juice.
3. Let cool.
4. Blend cheese, sugar, and 3 Tbsp. lemon juice.
5. Add gelatin and mix well.
6. Fold in whipped milnot. (mom uses a blender)
7. Make graham cracker crust with crumbs.
8. Press 2/3 inches thick in a 13x9x2 inch pan.
9. Add filling and sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
10. Chill 6 hours or more.
