2 Cups Self Rising Flour or (All-Purpose w/ 2tsp baking powder and 1 tsp salt)
1 Egg
3/4 Milk
3 Tsp Butter (Melted)
1/2 Cup Butter (for pan)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Pour flour in the bowl and add milk; Mix well to remove all lumps
2. Add egg then butter.
3. Heat pan/skillet to medium heat and add butter.
4. Scoop the batter in pan/skillet
5. Cook on one side until the the top begins to bubble, then flip the pancake over and cook on the other side.
