Whip Lash Chicken Recipe

1 large onion thinly sliced
1 green pepper cut into thin strips
1 cup mushrooms sliced
2 tablespoons water
2 teaspoons oregano
2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 14 ounce can of tomatoes
2/3 cup peanut butter
2 teaspoons instant chicken bouillon
6 chicken breasts skinned and boned

In large sauce pan combine onion, green pepper, mushrooms, water, oregano, garlic powder, red pepper flakes and hot sauce. Cook over medium heat stirring frequently until veggies are tender crisp. In a blender combine untrained tomatoes, peanut butter and bouillon. Process until smooth. Place uncooked chicken in a large casserole. Top with veggies. Pour tomato mixture over all. Cover and bake at 350 for 50 minutes. Serve with rice.
