1 4 pound chuck roast
Meat tenderizer
1 cup onion, minced
1 cup green pepper
3 tablespoons oleo
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1 can beef gravy
1 8 ounce container of sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Moisten roast and sprinkle with tenderizer following label directions.

Sauté onion and green peppers in the oleo for 10 minutes. Add the paprika, slat and can of gravy. Heat, stirring constantly, until bubbly. Remove from heat. Blend in the sour cream.

Spread part of sauce over meat; place on grill about 4 inches from hot goals. Grill 15 minutes on each side, or until don to your liking. While meat cooks, reheat remaining sauce just until hot (not boiling).

Carve into very thin slices and serve with sauce.
