Pork side spareribs
Seasoning salt
Garlic
Montréal steak spice or pepper

Sauce:
Ketchup
HP Sauce
Horseradish
Brown sugar
Worcester sauce
Mustard powder


Directions:
Directions:
Cut the ribs so that each piece has 2 bones. The end piece might be just meat, no bone.
Sprinkle the seasonings on both sides and grill slowly on low in the BBQ or under the broiler in the oven. Turn them often and cook until they are nice and crispy but not burnt on the outside.
Serve them with the sauce for dipping.

Sauce:
Add all ingredients together in a bowl and mix to taste.

Sometimes if we are at the lake or somewhere that I don’t have all the ingredients for the sauce, then I just use the ketchup, HP and horseradish.
