Cheddar Zucchini Bread Recipe

1 cups Shredded Zucchini
cup Sliced Green Onions (Optional)
2 Large Eggs
cup Sour Cream
cup Butter (Melted)
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 cups Flour
1 tsp. Baking Powder
tsp. Baking Soda
tsp. Salt

Preheat oven 350

Mix zucchini, onions, eggs, sour cream and butter well before mixing in cheese.

Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients.

Pour into greased 9x5 loaf pan.

Bake 50-70 minutes.

Optional: Cover top of mixture with cheese.
