Ingredients:  
Crust:
⅔ cup chopped peanuts
1 cup flour
1 stick margarine

Layer 1:
⅓ cup peanut butter
1 cup powder sugar
8oz cream cheese
1 cup cool whip

Layer 2:
1 small box chocolate instant pudding
1 small box vanilla instant pudding
2 cup milk

Layer 3:
1 container coop whip
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup shaved chocolate

Crust:
Blend flour and margarine, add peanuts. Press into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

Layer 1:
Cream peanut butter and cream cheese, add sugar, blend in cool whip and spread over crust.

Layer 2:
Mix together and spread over layer 1.

Layer 3:
Cover layer 2 with coop whip. Sprinle with nuts and chocolate.
