Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread Recipe

3 Cups Flour
2 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Baking Soda
4 Large Eggs (Room Temp)
2 Cups Sugar
2 Cups Canned Pumpkin
1 cup Vegetable Oil
1 cups Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips

Preheat oven to 350
Grease 2 loaf pans

Large Bowl: Combine flour, cinnamon, salt & baking soda.

Mixer Bowl: Beat eggs, sugar, pumpkin, and oil.

Stir into dry ingredients until moistened.

Fold in chocolate chips.

Bake 60-70 minutes.
