1 cups crushed strawberries
4 cups sugar
1 pouch ((85 mL) Certo Liquid Pectin)
2 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Wash, hull, and crush the berries, one layer at a time. You will need approximately 1 quart of uncut berries.

Combine all other ingredients with the berries and stir until the sugar is thoroughly dissolved, approximately 3 minutes.

Pour into food and freezer safe jars.

Let sit on the counter for 24 hours or until thoroughly set.

Cap and store in the freezer.
