1 ½ cup Flour
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Baking Soda
½ tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Cinnamon
¼ tsp. Nutmeg
3 Large bananas (1 1/2 cup mashed)
6 tbsp. Butter (Melted)
⅔ cup Brown Sugar
1 Egg (Room Temp)
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 tbsp. Milk

Optional:
1 Cup Chopped Nuts
1 Cup Chocolate Chips

Preheat oven 425º

Medium Bowl: Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon & nutmeg.

Large Bowl: Mash bananas. Medium speed beat melted butter, brown sugar, vanilla, milk & egg.

Pour dry ingredients into wet ingredients. Beat until combined.
Fold in nuts/chocolate chips.

Fill cupcake liners to top.

Bake for 5 minutes @ 425º
Reduce to 350º and bake 16-18 minutes.
