5 sliced apples (6-8 medium apples)
¼ cup shortening or margarine
⅔ cup brown sugar
½ tsp cinnamon
½ cup rolled oats
¼ cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream fat and add brown sugar, rolled oats and mix until crumble mixture forms.

Put sliced apples intobuttered baking dish.

Add sugar to sweeten and cinnamon.

Put crumble mixture on top of apples.

Bake (350-375º) for 20-25 minutes in shallow baking dish until apples are cooked.
