1 Flank Steak, cut to 8 ounce portions

For Each portion use:
1/2 of a green pepper, diced
4 ounces onion, diced
1/2 of a large can of mushrooms, drained and diced
1 clove garlic diced, or 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 chicken bouillon cube
1/4 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Steam first 5 ingredients in the 1/4 cup of water. Spread mixture on each portion of steak and roll up. Skewer every 2 inches across the finished roll. Sprinkle garlic powder on outside of roll. Bake on rack in uncovered roasting pan. Each portion equals 1 dinner portion and 4 ounces of dinner vegetables. (Diet Watchers Book!)
