1. Line a 9” pan with pastry; trim and
2. In a small skillet, sauté onions in
butter. Set aside.
3. In a large bowl, whisk eggs, cream
and juice. Stir in bacon, salt, pepper
and green onions.
4. Pour into pastry, sprinkle with cheese.
5. Bake at 350º for 40-45 minutes or until
a knife inserted near center comes out
6. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
