4 Chicken breast halves, boned and skinless
4 Slices Ham
4 Slices American Cheese
½ cup seasoned bread crumbs
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. parsley
3 tbsp. melted butter
1 can chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken (pounded flat) on bottom, put 1 slice of ham and then 1 slice of cheese on top; roll tightly and place toothpick to secure. Roll in melted butter and then in breadcrumb mixture.

Place all cutlets in baking pan and pour chicken broth into bottom of pan and bake.
Gravy produced from baking can be poured on cutlets when served.

Bake uncovered in 350º oven for 1 hour. Serve with Rice Pilaf!
