1 cup balsamic vinegar
1 cup red wine vinegar
5 large fresh strawberries sliced thin
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup of Olive oil
1/2 cup diced sweet onion
1/2 cup fresh parsley finely chopped
1/2 cup of fresh strawberries to garnish

Directions:
Directions:
1. Bring to boil balsamic and red win vinegar and strawberries in a medium sauce pan
2. Reduce by 3/4 ( 1/2 cup)
3. Add sugar diced onion and parsley
4. Simmer 10-15 minutes and cool.
5. When cooled, gradually whisk in the oil.

Store in refrigerator for max 5 days. Best served fresh over a spinach strawberry and goat cheese salad. Sprinkle with sliced Almonds.
