21 oz. can Apple Pie Filling
1 Cup Butter (Room Temp)
Cup Sugar
Cup Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
1 tbsp. Vanilla
2 Cups Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Cinnamon
tsp. Salt
Cup Walnuts (Optional)

Preheat Oven 350
Grease 9x5 Loaf Pan

Med. Bowl: Use masher to mash pie filling. Set aside.

Lg. Bowl: Cream butter and sugars together. Stir in eggs, apples, and vanilla.

Sift together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
Stir into apple mixture.
Stir in nuts.

Pour into pan.

Bake 60 minutes

Let cool in pan 15 minutes then put on wire rack.
