Shell/Puff:
1 c. water
½ tsp. salt
4 eggs
½ stick margarine
1 c. self-rising flour

Cream Filling:
2 ½ c. milk
2 boxes - 4 ½ c. serving instant vanilla pudding mix
1 pint heavy whipping cream
2 tsp. vanilla

Chocolate Glaze:
½ c. Nestles Morsels
4 T. confectioners sugar
3 T. milk
3 tsp. white Karo syrup
2 T. margarine

Shell/Puff:
Heat oven to 400º. Grease and flour cookie sheet. Heat water, margarine and sale to rolling boil in 2 ½ qt. saucepan. Stir in flour. Stir vigorously over low heat about 1 minute or until mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat. Cool mixture for 5 minutes. Beat in eggs, by hand, one at a time until smooth. Drop by rounded spoonful, about 1" apart, onto cookie sheet. Bake approximately 40 minutes or until puffed and golden brown. Turn oven off and leave in for additional 15 minutes. Remove and cool. Once cooled, cut in half.

Cream Filling:
In one bowl, mix milk and vanilla pudding until thick. Set aside. In second, larger bowl, mix whipping cream and vanilla until thick and peak forms (approximately 7-10 minutes). Fold pudding mix into cream mixture and spread on bottom layer of puff. Now place top of puffs on pudding/cream mixture. (This does not have to be real neat).

Chocolate Glaze:
In saucepan combine Nestles Morsels, confectioner sugar, milk, Karo syrup and margarine. Cooking on medium heat bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil for one minute the remove from heat and immediately dribble glaze over puffs. Chill for one hour before serving.
