1 lb. Flank Steak
8 oz. Chopped Tomatoes (optional)
1 Onion
1 Green Bell Pepper
1 Red Bell Pepper
2 Cloves Minced Garlic
1 tsp. Chili Powder
1 tsp. Cumin
tsp. Salt

Shredded Cheese

Cut steak
Add peppers and spices

Cook on low 8-10 hours or high 4-6 hours

Shred steak and serve
