1 lb. ground beef
2 Bell Peppers
yellow onion
1 Clove Garlic
1 tsp. seasoned salt (Lawry's or Morton's)
4 slices Provolone Cheese
4 Large Eggs
Cup Heavy Cream
1 tsp. Hot Sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Spray 9x9 baking dish

Dice peppers and onions. Mince garlic
Add ground beef to skillet over medium heat crumbling as it cooks
When beef is broken apart but still pink add peppers, onion, garlic, and season salt.
Continue cooking stirring often, until beef is cooked thoroughly and veggies have softened.
Drain grease and pour into baking dish
Tear cheese and place over mixture
Whisk eggs, cream, hot sauce, and Worcestershire and whisk well.
Pour egg mixture over beef
Bake 35 minutes or until eggs are set.
Let stand 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
