1 pint cottage cheese
1 small package orange jello
1 small can mandarin oranges, (well drained)
2 - 3 bananas, chopped
1 small can pineapple tidbits (drained)
1 8-ounce cool whip
Optional: chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
1. Thoroughly mix dry jello with cottage cheese, then add Cool whip and fruits.

2. Sprinkle walnuts over top if desired.

3. Chill well and serve.

**Variation: Strawberry jello and drained strawberries instead of orange.
