1 Stick Butter
4 Eggs
1 C. Sugar
12 oz. Vanilla Wafers (crushed coarsely)
1 C. Chopped Pecans
¼ C. Bourbon

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and butter. Add Eggs one at a time. Add crushed wafers, pecans, and bourbon. Mix until all combined. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.

Serve with whipped cream.

This is a recipe from my Grandmother Lee. Mom (Jayne Baggett) 1st made this when I was in high school. It sounds strange, but if you like bourbon is delicious. You can reduce or increase bourbon, but I wouldn't add too much. I make this a lot in winter.
