2 cans seasoned French cut green beans
1 can shoepeg corn
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of celery soup
3 Tbsp mayonnaise
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup grated cheese
1/2 stick butter
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed fine

Directions:
Directions:
Drain cans and layer in casserole dish. Mix together sour cream, celery soup, mayo, onion, and cheese. Pour over first mixture. Mix butter and crackers and put on top. Bake 40 minutes at 325.
