1 c unsalted butter (or margarine)
1 c sugar
2 T milk
1 t vanilla
¾ c chopped pecans
¾ c candied cherries
2½ c flour
coconut

Directions:
Directions:
In mixer, cream butter and sugar.
Add milk and vanilla.
Mix pecans and cherries with flour and add to creamed mixture.
Divide into two logs (about 8" long and 2" thick) and roll each in coconut.
Chill 1-2 hours in refrigerator.
Slice logs ¼" thick.

Bake cookies 12 min. at 375º F.
