6 chicken breasts skinned and boned
6 slices Black Forest ham
6 ounces Swiss cheese cut into sticks
1/4 cup flour
3 tablespoons butter
1 can mushrooms
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup dry white wine
1/4 cup Hienz 57 Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly pound each chicken breast to 1/4” thickness. Season with salt. Place ham slice and cheese stick on breast and roll jelly roll fashion. Tie with kitchen twine. Coat rolls with flour. Lightly brown in butter. Place rolls in baking dish. In same skillet used to brown chicken, stir in mushrooms, water, wine and Hienz 57 Sauce. Heat and pour over chicken. Cover and bake at 350º for 1 hour.
