Crock Pot Chicken Pot Pie Recipe

4 Chicken Breast
1 Diced Onion
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Pepper
2 Cups Chicken Broth
2 Cans Cream of Chicken Soup
32 oz. Frozen Mixed Vegetables (Thawed)
1 Can Biscuits

Place chicken breast in crockpot
Add onion, spices, broth and soup

Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours

30 minutes before cooking time finished, removed chicken and shred

Return chicken and add vegetables and cook for remaining 30 minutes.

Bake biscuits and serve on top
