1 small onion, chopped
1 (15.5 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
1 (15.5 oz.) can black beans, drained
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
10 oz. pkg. frozen corn kernels
1 (8 oz. can) chopped green chili peppers
32 - 40 oz. diced tomatoes
1 pkt. (or equivalent) taco seasoning
1 T. Cumin
1 T. Chili powder
24 oz. (3) boneless skinless chicken breasts

Directions:
Directions:
Put chicken in the bottom of the crock pot. Add everything on top and stir.

Cook on low for 6-8 hours.

Remove chicken from pot and shred. Add back into pot and stir.

Optional toppings: shredded cheese, sour cream, tortilla chips

Weight Watchers = Zero points without added toppings.
