1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can (11 oz.) condensed Cheddar cheese or Cheddar broccoli soup
1/3 c. water
1 can (@ 16 oz.) small whole white potatoes, drained and sliced

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet, brown beef and cook onion until tender.

Stir to separate meat; drain off fat.

Blend in soup and water; add potatoes.

Heat; stir occasionally.
