6 C rhubarb,
1/4 C water
1-1/2 sugar
1/4 C flour
1-1/4 t cinnamon

1-1/2 biscuit mix
3/4 C milk
1 T sugar
1/4 t cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º
Cut rhubarb into 1/2 inch pieces
Mix first group of ingredients, and put in 13 x 9 pan.

Mix biscuit mix and millk, and put on top of rhubarb. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar
mixture.
Bake uncovered for 40 minutes. Increase to 375º for 10 minutes.
