6 eggs
2 cups milk
2 slices white bread (cubed)
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 lb. (Bob Evans Savory Sage) sausage
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard

Topping:
1 can cream of mushroom soup and ½ cup of milk

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and drain, mix and beat the eggs, add milk, salt, mustard and bread.

Stir and add cheese and sausage. Put in 9 x 13 pan. Refrigerate over night.

Cover and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Take cover off last 10 or 15 minutes when baking. Let stand and serve.
